BABY BROTHER

Mom already has one kid, and soon she will have another,
So everyone get ready to welcome my new baby brother.
We’ll have fun together; I’ll wiggle his thumb,
While Mom gets the job of wiping his____

I’ll be his big sister, and that is really neat,
And I’ll teach him to laugh by tickling his feet.
I’ll teach him to laugh by saying “goo goo” and “dada,”
My brother has already learned to say “mama.”

Soon he’ll be learning to crawl, then learning to walk,
And the next thing you know he’ll be learning to talk.
Then we will be doing nothing but hugging and walking,
While baby brother does most of the talking.

He’s a treasure to the family and the whole neighbourhood,
I can’t have ten more brothers just like him, but I wish that I could.
